This 'LIVE' Virtual fitness class featuring Elizabeth teaches fundamental weight training, functional techniques and conditioning movements. Students will burn fat while working on mobility, strength & balance principles to address every muscle group. Students will leave with a fuller knowledge about their body and how it is designed to function. Lots of core muscle group and stability training.
One (1) week subscription to virtual training videos with Elizabeth. These 30-40 minute videos focus on strength, conditioning, cardio and balance. Through your membership, you can access your videos as many times as you like through the duration of your subscription. Fitness at your convenience!
